Please answer the following with how you would handle this particular scenario:
You are working with a client to develop a billboard campaign. You have had multiple meetings with the client discussing their goals and objectives for this campaign and the creative brief that was developed was approved before getting the creative team started on the project. It has come time to present the first round of creative concepts to the client and they were very displeased with what was shown. They said they didn’t feel it was aligned with the brief and they would like us to start over on a tight timeline to deliver something else. When you tell the creative team, they are upset as they believe they followed the brief and want to push back and defend their work before agreeing to start over.
