Brownstein Strengthens Talent With Senior Hires and Promotions

PHILADELPHIA, PA, August 27, 2019 –  Today Brownstein Group (BG) announced the hiring and promotion of eight key individuals over the previous month, as the agency closes a successful second quarter and prepares for ongoing growth. With strong talent and leadership across departments, the company is on course to continue the work that has brought in client recognition, new business, and multiple awards successes so far this year.

Brownstein Group welcomed Jason Alloy and Kiran Sardar to the Client Services team. Alloy takes on the role of Group Account Director—bringing more than twenty years of advertising savvy with clients including Lexus, Mattel, Panasonic, and AT&T. In addition to his experience with global brands, he spent several years working abroad in Asia and now comes to Philadelphia via Los Angeles. Sardar, BG’s newest Account Director, built up her career in New York City with stints at Wunderman and MRM//McCann before moving to Philadelphia. Her experience with traditional and digital advertising has been proven with major clients in both cities—including Citibank, Verizon FiOS, and PECO.

Additionally, Nicole Lundy has joined the Creative department to work as Executive Producer in the Video Production team. Born and raised in Philadelphia, her career spans more than twenty years of in-house and freelance work across the United States. Lundy has worked with agencies such as BBDO, 72andSunny, and Ogilvy on client projects for Microsoft, Toyota, American Express, and Old Navy.

Jason, Kiran, and Nicole are already fully embedded with their teams and working on high-impact projects,” said Erin Allsman, Managing Director of BG. “Their personal dedication to clients, commitment to a strong creative product, and experience across diverse verticals aligns perfectly with the agency’s goals and values. We look forward to seeing them thrive and push the agency to new heights.”

Across multiple departments, several notable promotions accompany the new hire announcements. Jen Micklow has been promoted to PR Account Director after two years of exemplary work at BG, including award-winning communications campaigns for several B2B and B2C clients. For their hard work and commitment to clients, Natalie Eyerman was promoted to Senior Art Director and Ryan Cook to Associate Creative Director of Copy in the Creative department.

In the Client Services team, Katie Bernstein and Shannon Loftus were promoted to Account Supervisor and Senior Account Executive, respectively. Both have greatly contributed to the strengthening of client relationships throughout their time at BG.

This bolstering of talent comes on the heels of several milestones for the agency. BG has received multiple awards and nominations for its work across disciplines, including gold and silver at the National ADDY Awards for creative work for Brockmans Gin, and a PRSA Bronze Anvil for its executive communications campaign for Saint-Gobain North America. Last month, BG was named a PRNEWS’ Platinum Small Firm of the Year finalist, as well as a finalist in PR Daily’s Corporate Social Responsibility Awards for work with NJM Insurance Group. On top of that, BG received two additional PR Daily accolades: as a winner of the Digital Marketing & Social Media Awards for work with Saint-Gobain North America, and an honorable mention in the Media Relations Awards for work with American Water.
