Inspira, a healthcare system in Southern New Jersey, was losing patients to the bigger health systems in Philadelphia. They needed to re-engage residents of Southern New Jersey to help rebuild loyalty and stop out-migration to other hospitals.
In healthcare, no one wants to be treated by the B-Team. But research showed that people in Southern New Jersey didn’t feel confident that Inspira had the physicians, technology, and medical prowess to treat serious health conditions.
Don’t tell them – show them. Give people a behind-the-scenes look at how Inspira’s world-renowned physicians, modern facilities, high-tech solutions, and high-touch human interaction raise the standard of healthcare right in their own back yard.
The campaign kicked off with a local Super Bowl TV execution built to command attention and dispel brand misperceptions. Service-line content (video, print, and digital) boosted familiarity and trust in specialty care areas that matter most to consumers. In the early days of the pandemic, Inspira Health wanted to express heartfelt gratitude to the caregivers and staff who risked their lives treating patients. Recognizing a strong sense of community support for healthcare heroes, Brownstein saw an opportunity to harness this groundswell with a grassroots campaign. The initiative encouraged people to join the movement by sharing a blue heart in their windows and amplifying their thanks on social media, uniting communities in a collective expression of appreciation.
